From the outset, production was entrusted to independent, female-owned boutique factories in Vietnam, each with fewer than 15 employees, ensuring ethical practices and uncompromised quality.

By broadening our network of dead-stock partners, we secured access to rare, high-quality surplus fabrics that would have otherwise gone to landfill - reinforcing our zero-virgin-fabric ethos.

We elevated our commitment to sustainability by incorporating natural fibres across collections and adopting OEKO-TEX® 100 certified printing, guaranteeing fabrics that are safe, sustainable, and responsibly produced.

JUSTIN TONG began its international journey, entering new markets and connecting with women around the world who share a desire for ethical, statement occasion wear.

At every stage, the brand has stood at the forefront of conscious fashion, challenging industry norms and proving that beauty, ethics, and sustainability can coexist. This commitment extends beyond design and production - through partnerships with The Volte and eBay, JUSTIN TONG actively encourages customers to rent or resell their garments, giving each piece a longer life and reducing fashion waste.

Joined Seamless Australia to advance clothing circularity, transitioned to recyclable packaging with carbon-neutral shipping, and partnered with Carbon Positive Australia to plant a tree for every garment sold.

The opening of our first boutique marked a major milestone for the brand, creating a dedicated space to enhance the shopping experience and foster stronger connections with our community.
